Yes, all of our new guitars are personally set up for optimal tone and playability in-store by Ant, our owner. Ant is an expert guitar technician and has been playing for over 39 years.

Used guitars vary, and as such we would recommend visiting our store to try them out prior to purchase. All used guitars are thoroughly inspected and assessed prior to listing.

All new guitars come with a standard 12 month manufacturer’s warranty.

Used guitars are warranted for 1 month.

If your guitar is faulty, you can return it to us within 14 days for a full refund or credit – Please contact us prior to sending back and we will start the process. Your refund will be issued once appraised.

We do not accept refunds for items that are simply unwanted.
